Each year, the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR®) hosts its annual ceremony known as the “Award of Excellence” for San Diego Realtors. According to CircleofExcellenceSD.com, the Real Estate Circle of Excellence is awarded to “REALTORS® who have exemplified excellence amongst their peers are eligible for the one of SDAR’s long standing Awards of Excellence. These include REALTOR® of the Year, Broker of the Year, Office Manager of the Year, Affiliate of the Year and Rookie of the Year. Debuting this year we also have two new categories: Commercial Transaction of the Year and Commercial Broker of the Year.

As a progressive and technologically advanced real estate brokerage, finding a person with the right skill sets, personality and mindset was a difficult task.  Charged with servicing the needs of a forward thinking firm, Holly will be the lead voice and vision for the company's digital platforms, development of a new video division, social networks, and print initiatives.

Pam O`Donnell, Carol Mohan and Jennifer Frechette, three Realtors out of the Windermere Homes & Estates Aviara office hosted their 1st Annual Client Appreciation Party at the Belching Beaver Microbrewery in Vista.

They were able to catch up with clients and friends who support their business.  It was a unique venue providing a fun and relaxing atmosphere, with delicious craft beer, amazing Caribbean food provided by One Love and live music by Sweet Steel drummer, Julie Jaskula.

With over 100 people in attendance, the night was a complete success!
