Diane is a seasoned agent in North County San Diego and has been a licensed agent since 1989. She also spent many years as a sales manager in the corporate world of technology before joining Prudential California Realty in 2003. She is experienced in both residential and commercial real estate.

Windermere Homes & Estates is very happy to announce that Realtors Matt Kolker, Michelle Kolker, & Natalie Nguyen have joined their Santaluz office.  

Matt brings over 10 years of experience in real estate, and recently led the buyer’s department for a team that had $90 million in sales revenue in 2013.  He has significant experience in short sales and traditional sales.  Michelle is a former prosecuting attorney for the City Attorney’s Office who brings contractual and negotiations experience to the team.  Natalie worked with Matt on his previous team as a listing assistant, and has attended hundreds of listing presentations.  Matt & Michelle are proud to have Natalie as a buyer's agent in the Kolker Real Estate Group.

With the low inventory in the Rancho Bernardo, 4S Ranch and Poway areas, many are frustrated with their house hunt. It doesn`t always occur to prospective home buyers that if they expand their search just a few miles, they can open new doors and view more homes that are only a few minutes from their desired neighborhood.

The Escondido city limits border on Rancho Bernardo, and what few realize is that although the zip code is Escondido, many homes on the South end are just a few miles from Rancho Bernardo, 4S Ranch and Poway and the I-15.

The change in zip code can not only up the inventory for buyers frustrated with a lack of options, but can offer larger, luxury homes for much less than they would pay for the same house within the Rancho Bernardo,

Together, Rich Johnson and Brian Gooding have teamed up to create Windermere Homes and Estates, an upscale local brokerage that is agent centric, powerful and progressive, yet with the feel of a family run company.  The announcement comes from Rich Johnson and Brian Gooding, Co-Owners and Founders.

The first office opened this week in the prestigious neighborhood of Santaluz, and three more locations are coming soon in the near future in Rancho Bernardo, Del Mar, and Carlsbad. It has been a dream of the Founders to open this brokerage together for the past few years.
