Windermere Homes & Estates is pleased to announce a new addition to the company, REALTOR® Jeff DeChamplain.

Jeff will be working from our Aviara/South Carlsbad office and will continue to serve his clients in the same fashion that has made him a top producer for over a decade.

Jeff will also be assisting Windermere Homes & Estates agents along the coast in a leadership role as the Coastal Regional Manager.

Windermere Homes & Estates is very excited to welcome Candace Poucher to their Rancho Bernardo office.

Candace has been a licensed Realtor® since 2003. Immediately after starting her real estate career she was invited to sit on several committees at the East San Diego County Association of Realtors (ESDC AOR). She was also not only an agent and serving on several committees, but she was also the office manager of her then brokerage.

By 2005 she was elected to the Board of Directors at ESDC AOR and subsequently became Chair of several more committees. She was later named as a Director at the state level with the California Association of Realtors (CAR).

The three day event was packed with meetings, networking, parties and much more. Although very busy at the conference, Rich, Brian and Fred took away some very valuable information that they believe will strengthen their growing brokerage.

The I-15 Corridor Realtor Softball Tournament kicked off bright and early on Wednesday, July 16th. The teams included agents, employees and affiliates from local brokerages. With Windermere Homes & Estates’ first game at 11am, and Team Captain Todd Stoltenberg at the helm, the team was eager to get on the field.

The first game started off slow but after the first few innings, the WHE team found their footing and won against ReMax Associates. With only about 25 minutes until game 2 starting, the team re-hydrated and prepped to go head to head with the next brokerage, Century 21.

A win in the second game had the team feeling confident, but their next competitor, Coldwell Banker, was a force to be reckoned with. With an hour and a half break before the

Windermere Homes & Estates is very happy to announce that real estate agent, Ian Fowler has joined their Del Mar office.

Ian`s real estate career began in 2004 after spending many years focused on the rehabilitation of investment properties.  He worked at the largest privately owned boutique brokerage in Portland, Oregon for seven years, then opened his own brokerage in 2011.

Former NFL running back and San Diego favorite, LaDainian Tomlinson, has recently listed his 5bd/5.5ba home at 18755 Heritage Drive in Poway, Calif. for $3,495,000. LaDainian played nine seasons with the San Diego Chargers and retired from the NFL in 2013.

Not only do you have to be the director of operations for your own business but you are the administrator, the marketing coordinator, and the customer service representative.
