She was born and raised in San Diego California. She attended San Diego State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in International Business and minors in Spanish and Marketing. She first entered the real estate industry working at the commercial real estate firm, CB Richard Ellis where she assisted in the leasing and sale of office space for biotech companies throughout San Diego.  Molly soon found her calling in residential real estate and assisted in the management and sale of foreclosures from Bank of America Direct. She later went on to assist in the disposition of foreclosed assets from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Chase, Citi Mortgage, GMAC and US Bank. She has supported investors in the acquisition of flip projects and rental homes at auction and through various channels. Traditional sellers have entrusted her to list their homes for top market value. Additionally she works with selective first time home and move up buyers to find properties that meet their needs.
