Janie has been practicing real estate since 2000.  Before that, she was Paralegal for a Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice law firm and then family law for 10 years.

Janie`s background in law helps her and her clients navigate through the sometimes confusing paperwork involved in a real estate transaction.  What has also proven to be a huge advantage for her clients is that Janie holds a business license for interior design, foliage and accessories. With her license, she can assist new homeowners in decorating and furnishing their newly purchased homes as well as help with staging homes on the market for sale.

Husband and wife real estate team, Lauren and Tony Hill, have recently joined Windermere Homes & Estates in the company’s Aviara/South Carlsbad office.

Lauren has been practicing real estate since 2002, while Tony has had his license since 2011. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Tony was a residential real estate Appraiser for 10 years.  His experience as an Appraiser has proved to be a major asset to the Hills’ clients!

Originally from Lake Forest, in South Orange County, family and friends brought her to Carlsbad where she has been practicing real estate since 2001. Tracy also holds a California Notary Public license.

Mary has been a San Diego resident since 1989. She is very active in her community along the I-15 Corridor as a regular volunteer, a PTA President, RBHS Football Booster Concessions volunteer and RBLL Sponsorship Chair Assistant.

In addition to being a real estate agent and an avid volunteer, Mary has been a small business owner since 1993 and served in the United States Air Force from 1981 to 1989.

Mary was born and raised in northwest Illinois, she married her husband Ralph Wagner in 1991 and her son Jack is a sophomore in college.
